Enchanting hotel, very good breakfast!

Kind and personable staff and the place was fairly clean. The rooms - luxurious, spotless with a nice view, a larger refrigerator plus an excellent bed. Breakfast with porridge, jogurt plus berries.

Generally it's an overall clean hotel with largebreakfasts. Excellent and beautiful location in the perfect area, really close to the Miami Beach restaurants, Miami convention centre, and the boardwalk. Pool bar in the property.

Breakfast extremely bad.

Had a spacious room to myself with an ocean-front view, an excellent bed, frayed carpets on entrance. In general the staff were informative and impeccable. Beachfront location of this small hotel was a bonus.

The location was great and beautiful, being close to the beach. The staff members were informative and impeccable. The a double room had all necessary amenities.

Enjoyed Miami Beach, the hotel was stylish to the Palms for a stay-cation. Overall it was large with a larger refrigerator.

My daughter and I liked being there. The staff was extremely helpful and patient all the time. The unit I got was well-equipped and a nice size with breathtaking views and ceiling windows. The location was quiet and top - ease of access to Boardwalk.

Top rated and overall clean hotel with caring stuff and superb views of the ocean. Well-equipped and reasonably priced room and huge bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes. Excellent and beautiful location to a better establishment, easy to get around.

Extremely bad breakfast.

Pretty place, great for new year. Location - incredible, not far from bus stop and Collins Avenue in Miami. Besides, easy access to Basement Miami.

Its rooms are well-equipped and well priced with fantastic views. The hotel provides an outstanding service.

We stayed in a king room which was decent sized and newly remodelled. And there was a splendid view of the ocean.

It was a pretty and terrific hotel, nesteled in a classic building. The staff has always been very good and personable, and the facilities were amazing. I really enjoyed having 2 double beds in the room, that was spacious too. The property had a great restaurant for dinner. I had a great stay.

Wonderful Experience!

We recently stayed at a hotel in Miami Beach and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel had a tropical ambiance with beautiful common areas to relax, a spacious pool, and an amazing beach with pristine white sand. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. We were impressed by the excellent service we received from Anna at the front desk who efficiently resolved an issue with our room and made sure we were satisfied.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, like a noisy mini bar in our room and a separate toilet from the bathroom, they did not significantly impact our overall stay. Additionally, the hotel's location may not be in the heart of the action, but we found it easy to get around using Uber/Lyft or the free trolley nearby.

Spacious and luxurious room, I loved the hotel!

The room I booked was updated and clean and available with view. This hotel was located in a beachfront area close enough to Collins Avenue in Miami, the Palms' restaurant and the beach.

Everything was really good, had a very good stay on a business trip. We were in recently refurbished king room. Its location was excellent and beautiful, to one or 2 restaurants. The food they offered was outstanding, had a lot of meals.
